itSelf Reflection:
Going to Melbourne for me was such a great experience. Learning about what people had to say about our question “Can Melbourne be more eco-friendly and sustainable as a city” everyone we asked had different answers. Giving us great depth answers which was so helpful. With regards to our formal interview, I think us as a group were very shocked. We went to Peter Sagar his work place is absolutely amazing we didn’t expect that at all, “Where is 600 Bourke Street”? “OMG is that it” we are all really grateful to Mr Sagar for giving up his time to answer our questions. My top 3 highlights for Melbourne would have to be Matilda, Tepanyaki Bar and Sky deck they were all such great experiences. I think us as a group need to work on working together, there were times where we would argue nonstop, and that wasn’t making the problem go away, so next time we are doing group activates we, including myself need to learn to just let it go and work together. Overall the trip was amazing and next year’s year nines are very lucky! If we had more time to investigate we would be able to see how eco-friendliness of Melbourne progresses. Melbourne is obviously better than most cities like Beijing and Bangkok but it still has a lot of room to improve its Eco-friendliness.
